Design included a 20-foot deep sewer, water mains, storm and dry utilities. The challenge was to keep the existing utilities serving the existing buildings on the school site, while the proposed utilities were installed and could be switched over to the new building.

  • New bioretention and infiltration facilities to serve new parking lot

  • Off-site road improvements with curb, gutter sidewalk and road overlay
  • Intersection improvements at 176th and 'A' Street South
