Sitts & Hill designed a new truck leasing and maintenance facility for Penske Truck Leasing. The new facility is located in a former log yard bordering the Snohomish River in Everett, WA. Due to soil conditions, the new building was constructed on pilings, and the facility was built upon fill material to stay above the 100-year floodplain.
